Regional Sales Manager Southwest - Los Angeles Job in Los Angeles, California US
Splunk Regional Sales Managers are at theforefront of our field sales force, responsible for driving the salesof all of Splunk's products and services in their assignedterritories.
We're looking for upbeat, goal-driven sales leaders witha proven track record.
Ideal candidates must have the ability tomanage large accounts, drive multiple sales campaigns, coordinateactivities of inside sales counterparts, collaborate with partners, anddrive dipper and higher in strategic accounts.
You will alsoneed to accurately forecast your business and provide timelyreporting.
Business and technical acumen, and the agility to workclosely with Splunk executives is key. QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of direct experience selling software solutions to ITorganizations with transactions in the six and seven figures, earlyphase start-up experience a plus
Excellent business person thatcan sell at all levels up to and including the C-level, can also relateto lower level technical types
Proving history of surpassing assigned quota
Knowledge of the territory and in particular major accounts within the territory
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong technical acumen blended with ability to communicate business value to C-level executives
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent qualifying, presentation and closing skills
Bachelor Degree in Business, or similar discipline
