Regional Sales Manager Job in Boston, Massachusetts US
Company Overview: As a result of legislation passed in early 2009, Federal funding is being provided across the Healthcare industry for the adoption of Electronic Medical Records (EMR.
) To pursue this opportunity, ESSENCE has created ClearPractice to sell the CareSeries EMR and Revenue Cycle Management products to the ambulatory care market, focusing on practices of 1 20 physicians.
The CareSeries products unique strengths are as a true Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) product, designed for ease of use and implementation.
The ability to get customers live on CareSeries, predictably and quickly, requires specific software and content development targeted at making the specification, implementation, and integration of CareSeries and largely physician-driven activity.
Position Description: The ClearPractice Sales Team develops and oversees the presentation of our best in class Electronic Health Record to the ambulatory care market.
Through the use of persuasive, engaging, and articulate communication and selling skills and an extensive knowledge of the CareSeries EMR and Revenue Cycle Management products, the Regional Sales Manager manages and executes the targeted sales plans and initiatives in various markets within the Continental United States.
Responsibilities: · Meet Electronic Medical Record and Revenue Cycle Management goals for the physician ambulatory market· Develop relationships with IPAs in the assigned territory· Present and demonstrate software in a professional manner Qualifications: 5 - 7 years experience selling software/billing services to the healthcare marketMinimum of 2 years experience in the sale of EMR products to physiciansStrong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability in both large and small group settingsEffective relationship management skills with the ability to build relationships based on trust; "Consultative" sales skills and/or certifications a plusHigh standard of integrity and ethical principles Reports to the Regional Director of Sales Operations Northern RegionResponsible for a territory including Massachusetts and assigned surrounding New England areasWe offer competitive salary and excellent benefits, including 401k, EOE Please Apply at http://jobs-essencehealthcare.icims.com
