Regional Sales Director Job in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania US
Regional Sales Director for the Northeast needed to manage successful sales team of 8 reps with hospital and OR focus for medical device and capital equipment manufacturer.
Geographicly comprised of ME, VT, NH, PA, NY, NJ, RI, CT.Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with all levels in the organization.
Typical week consists of 3-4 days co-travel with team members in the market.
Must have 3-5 years managing sales teams with OR/hospital focus-not interested in backgrounds with pharmacutical, orthopedics or spine focus.
College degree required-MBA a plus.
1st year compensation based on salary and commissions in $150-180K range.
All normal and customary benefits and expenses.
