We are looking for a highly motivated, high energy, intensely entrepreneurial individual to take on the challenge of starting up a new exclusive region for the Company.
We seek an individual who can build and scale a large sales organization of independent sales representatives, as if it were your own .

all without the hassles or costs of buying or owning a business.In the role of Regional Sales Director, the right candidate will build a sales organization of 15 to 20 staff to serve an exclusive territory .
with limited income in the short-term as you ramp up your activities .
in order to create an EXTREMELY lucrative income stream with extraordinary ANNUAL bonus opportunities in the range of $500,000 to $1,000,000 or more.
Qualifications: 5+ years of successful general management and sales management experience.
Entrepreneurial "get it done" ownership attitude.
Documented track record of entering new markets and building a sales team from the ground up.Ability to manage salespeople with large rolling sales pipelines and lengthy multi-stage sales cycles.
Exceptional creativity using multiple channels and strategies to recruit and retain great salespeople.
Outstanding organizational, recruiting, relationship and team-building, sales, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Excellent people management skills, including coaching and developing others, resolving conflict, promoting teamwork and performance management.
Most importantly .

Focus the sales efforts around identifying and acquiring high quality clients.
Develop and maintain excellent client relations.
Maintain Company values and demand the highest standards of conduct from self and others.
