Regional Sales DirectorEF Educational Tours Cambridge, MA USASynopsisWe're looking for enterprising sales directors who want to make an impact in a fast-paced, fast-track company at the crossroads of education and travel.

You will create and manage your own team of inside and outside sales associates to sell international student tours to teachers and schools, and you will exercise budget responsibility to build your own sales structure and strategy to meet your region's needs.
You and your team will build strong relationships to generate new sales opportunities and ensure repeat sales of your customers by providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales and tour-planning process.
Finally, you also will influence our overall marketing and product development with your own entrepreneurial ideas in order to keep our industry-leading business on the cutting edge.
Requirements Bachelor's degree Management and sales experience Excellent communication skills International travel experience preferred
