Regional Sales Director - Boston Area Job in Boston, Massachusetts US
ClearBenefits is an employee benefits software and services company that helps business transform employee benefits management by combining an easy to use employee self service solution, a sophisticated backend platform with interface to providers, and a suite of outsourced services such as benefit call center and help desk options, COBRA administration, and consolidated benefit billing services.
We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, sales driven professional who can establish strong partnerships with the employee benefits broker reseller channel by showing them the value of utilizing our product and services to grow and improve their business.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, sales presentation, software demonstration, and contract negotiation Build and manage a quality, high volume pipeline within a geographic region Prospect and secure new accounts through resellers using cold calling, email and creative methods for outreach Identify and secure appointments with key business decision makers Create formal sales presentation and place follow-up calls to prospective and new resellers Provide consultative services to resellers by extending support and defining marketing strategies Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with resellers including sales training, up-selling, and demonstration support Collaborate with colleagues across the organization Meet or exceed revenue and sales goals Maintain a thorough knowledge of the ClearBenefits system and all services offered and a strong awareness of the competition Requirements: BS in Business Administration or equivalent education and relevant experience 5-10 years sales experience overall, with recent channel sales experience Minimum 3 years experience selling to the employee benefits broker community highly desirable Excellent prospecting, presentation, and selling skills Proven record maintaining and exceeding sales quota/revenue goals Ability to qualify and close cold call opportunities Aggressive yet professional, results driven attitude Experience with sales force automation software (e.g.,Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Outstanding problem solving and negotiation skills Positive attitude and ability to maintain long-term customer relationship To Apply: http://hostedjobs.
