Regional Director, Education Job in Los Angeles, California US
Location: Work remotely from a home office.
Req #: 09-2163 Job Summary: Region 1 Regional Director of Education will be responsible for the implementation of all CCI Education Policies and Procedures in new campuses.
Will be involved with the hiring and will coordinate the training and development of campus Directors of Education, Department Heads and Instructors.
Job Responsibilities: While new campuses are part of Region 1 will coordinate efforts and be responsible for the educational delivery and student outcomes.
Will coordinate the training and development of campus DOEs, Dept.
Heads and initial Instructors at new campuses.
Will work with other Regional Management to ensure that Education personnel are hired and trained in the appropriate time frame.
Will ensure the effective implementation of all programs approved for each new campus.
Analyzes, evaluates, and presents information concerning factors such as business situations, operations capabilities, problems, and trends for consideration by other members of management.
Conducts regular meetings with all Directors of Education/Academic Deans within the Division to establish, delineate, and review organizational policies, to coordinate functions and operations between departments, and to establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives.
Reviews technical problems and procedures of field operations and recommends solutions to problems or changes in procedures.
Provides support in interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree preferred.
To effectively perform this job the incumbent will need to travel frequently as much as 80% of the time.
35 years experience in managing Education managers including Department Heads, Lead Instructors and Instructors.
Experience with implementing new programs.
Experience with developing individual training and development plans for Education Leadership personnel.
Has experience using CampusVue.
