Easter Seals Massachusetts is currently seeking a: Recruitment and Operations Manager in our Worcester - State Headquarters - office. RESPONSIBILITIES·         Research, identify and recommend appropriate recruitment vehicles such as open houses, recruitment luncheons, job fairs, career days etc.·         Research alternative methods of recruitment and retention·         Prepare all recruitment advertisements for trade journals, college newspapers etc.·         Coordinate direct mail recruiting program·         Screen and interview applicants; check references; license to practice & OIG clearance for all; make recommendations to hire·         Develop an effective on campus recruitment program; attend college job fairs·         Direct "night calling" to health professionals (PT, OT, SLP) evaluating skills and experience in relation to to Easter Seals contract setting workplaces·         Provides support, supervision and guidance to one direct report·         Grow Easter Seals services by communicating with professionals, organizations, clients and families ·         Investigate problems related to day to day operations and take appropriate corrective action·         Initiate and organize complete orientation process of newly hired therapists ·         Travel required, responsible for own transportation. QUALIFICATIONS·         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration, Business and/or healthcare field with experience in recruitment of Allied Health Personnel·         Proficient in Microsoft Office ·         Computer skills experience ·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills ·         Ability to work autonomously·         3-5 years management/supervisory experience
