This will be accomplished by obtaining detailed and accurate profiling information from non affiliated and missing in action agents and reps and getting them to buy into the value added benefits that Roster Financial can add to their business.

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: The Recruiting Specialist needs to have a good understanding of all of Rosters product lines and services.

Their responsibilities include recruiting new agents to the organization using the various lead sources, including agent lists, internet leads, lead mailers etc. This position will work closely with the Marketers and Directors to activate an agent.

Key Responsibilities: 50%Recruit and profile new agents/reps: Work with various agent lead sources such as web and mail generated leads, broker dealer affiliations, agent lead lists, on-line resources, institutional lists, professional organizations etc, to target agents that are available to take a contract with Roster Financial.

Expectation is 30 new agents will be recruited each month and 10 Registered Reps will affiliate with OSJ in one year.

Maintain and update agent information in computer database.

20%Introduce new agents and missing in action agents to our value added programs and the benefits those programs can add to the agent/reps business.

Identify and maintain contact with potential and existing agents as required.

Look for opportunities to invite high potential agents to Roster University.

20%Partner with Marketers and Directors to transition high potential agents and agents who are currently working on business to the Marketer/Director in an effort to get them to write a piece of business through Roster Financial as quickly as possible.

5%Respond to incoming inquiries in a professional, knowledgeable and credible manner.

Follow up on materials sent and business written in a timely manner 5%Work closely with Licensing Specialists to get information/documentation needed to contract, appoint and license new agents/reps within established time standards.Key Requirements/Skills/Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience in sales role or some financial services related roleAbility to motivate and lead othersStrong decision making ability and ability to make recommendations quicklyStrong presentation and listening skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood understanding of financial services productsEducation/Licensing: Life/Health insurance license Additional Information Roster Financial is a true, valued-added, multiple product line national marketing organization structured to take top producers to the next level.
