Recruiter (Waltham) Biomedical Search Consultants (BSC) is retained search firms serving medical device clients in New England and nationally.
Due to growth, BSC is seeking to add a Recruiter to the team.
If you are seeking to join a successful, quality-focused organization that offers professional development, career growth, and financial incentives, this is the role for you! Responsibilities: Your main responsibility will be sourcing and developing qualified candidates for contingent searches.
Key steps include: Developing and implementing marketing plans and recruitment strategies· Developing candidates by using a variety of tools, including our proprietary database, on-line resources, and direct sourcing techniques· Maintaining our website job postings· Maintaining our resume database· Writing qualification summaries to accompany resume submittals· Conducting phone screen and face-to-face candidate interviews · Interacting with the client in partnership with the sales team· Conducting reference checking· Scheduling of interviews and phone screens· Performing special projects as assigned Requirements: · Bachelor's degree· 1 year of experience in the recruiting field (although entry level candidates will be considered)· Experience in the medical device or life sciences field desired· Proficiency with Microsoft Office productsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment Able to create and follow a structured process; strong detail-orientation Strong relationship-building skills A self-starter who thrives on challenges Please submit resume to: kprovost [at] biomedicalsearchconsultants [dot] com For more information, please visit www.biomedicalsearchconsultants.com
