Trilogy Personnel is currently seeking a motivated recruiting and sales professional to join their Little Rock team.
Trilogy Personnel is a boutique recruiting firm specializing in Executive, Engineering and Operations placement in many industries including Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Plastics, Accounting, and Information Technology.
Trilogy is expanding recruiting efforts nationwide and we are currently searching to hire a creative, technically savvy, and motivated candidate with documented success in recruiting on a direct hire basis.
Qualifications: 2+ years of recruiting and sales experienceCapable of using creative strategies and techniques for acquiring a new client and candidate baseMust have the ability to develop and maintain current client relationshipsStrong technical/computer knowledge including use of Word, Excel, Outlook and other MS toolsFamiliarity with database management including data entry and queriesMust have good time management skills and the ability to work quickly and effectively with othersStrong technical writing skills are preferredLooking for a self starter with a history of recruiting and sales successBachelors in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred but not required Trilogy offers great perks such as casual Fridays, flexible PTO plan, great work environment and a highly lucrative salary & bonus package.
