To this end, the RPO business unit is currently seeking a skilled Recruiter to work as a part of our on-site client delivery team in Framingham, MA. The successful candidate will exceed expectations by building partnerships with Hiring Managers and by discovering, screening and presenting qualified candidates for assigned requisitions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSGather position requirements from the client Hiring Managers, while functioning as a recruiting SME and consultant Develop job advertisements, prescreening questions, and phone interview guides Input position requirements into an ATS platform Develop, initiate and manage sourcing plans Qualify candidates through resume review and behavior based phone interviews Present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers Manage candidate and Hiring Manager communications Manage salary negotiations and offers Postition Requirements: At least 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast paced environment Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Web-based Technologies Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong problem resolution skills Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system strongly preferred Bachelors Degree preferred Must be able to occasionally travel to different client locations Click Here To Apply Today!
