Research - develop candidates using outside research Networking - pursue & develop relationships with potential candidates and key industry executives.

Conduct exploratory interviews on a regular basis and develop system to ensure follow up.Develop and maintain future contact files for all areas.

Support team recruitment effortsPartner with DVP on executive level searchManage all postings internal and externalManage all advertisementsParticipate in weekly Talent Acquisition team meetingManage all correspondence and conduct exploratory interviews (where required) with executive referral candidatesActive member of HR Recruitment Committee focused on process improvementsThe accomplished individual will possess.BA Degree.

3 5 years Human Resources experience with minimum 2 years of recruitment; fashion or luxury consumer products experience a plusAbility to interact with all levels of managementMust be able to independently manage priorities & multi-taskExcellent oral and written communicationSystems - intermediate skills in all Microsoft office softwareDemonstrates confidence and ability to network and develop relationshipsExperience in recruiting using Internet sourcesAn outstanding individual will possess.
