Records Management Specialist I - Casual Part Time Job in Massachusetts US
DePuy, Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Records Management Specialist I - Casual Part Time, located in Raynham, MA. DePuy, Inc., develops and markets products under DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., DePuy Spine, Inc., Codman & Shurtleff, Inc. and DePuy Mitek.
Among these are products for reconstructing damaged or diseased joints; repairing and reconstructing traumatic skeletal injuries; facilitating the treatment of spinal disorders and deformity; surgical treatment of neurological and central nervous system disorders, and sports medicine devices for the treatment of soft tissue injuries.
DePuy has three main locations: Warsaw IN, Raynham MA and Leeds, UK. DePuy is one of the largest businesses within Johnson & Johnson.
The Records Management Specialist I is responsible for the implementation and administration of all components of a Records Management program at the Raynham, MA, Bridgewater, MA, and Mountain View, CA, facilities.
Will author and maintain Records Management procedures and work instructions.
Responsible to oversee processes for offsite storage of archived records, including inventory management, destruction eligibility reporting, and supporting internal customers for research and retrieval.
Responsible for coordinating site-wide records cleanouts (annual electronic and paper).
The Records Management Specialist is responsible for the preparation, implementation, and maintenance of record retention schedules.
Will conduct ongoing records compliance and vital record protection audits.
Training/education of records coordinators and employees will be completed by the Records Management Specialist.
Participation in development of long-term strategies and plans for information systems is a responsibility.
Responsible for the processing of document preservation notices and related functions of litigation and discovery.
