Real Estate Legal Secretary w/ litigation-Boutique Loop Firm Job in Chicago 60611, Illinois US
Provided administrative support to two Partners in the Real Estate Department.
Real Estate Legal Secretary must have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and time management in this position.
Duties include preparation and distribution of confidential correspondence, maintaining calendars and proficiency with document creation of various client and Firm reports; Assist in client billing and expense reporting; assistance with all aspects of commercial, residential and loan transactions, including purchase, sale, exchange and leasing of various types of real estate (commercial, industrial, residential and agricultural properties); manage numerous transactions while meeting all applicable deadlines; prepare all necessary documentation to conduct Closings and provide clear title; heavy interaction with clients, attorneys, developers, title company and bank personnel.
Legal Secretary also needs to have litigation experience as well!
