Real Estate Financial Analyst Job in Odenton 21113, Maryland US
We have an outstanding opportunity with a growing real estate company that seeks a 2 to 5 year investment analyst.
The role will involve heavy Argus and Excel modeling to assist with development projects, acquisitions, and asset management.
You will also be required to assist with making presentations to committees and joint venture partners as well as overseeing special projects.
To be considered, you must have a finance, accounting, or real estate degree, as well as 2-5 years of experience at an investment / commercial bank or REIT.
You must have strong analytical skills and a strong aptitude for real estate and finance.
