Real Estate Broker Job in Scottsdale 85251, Arizona US
Position: Real Estate BrokerLocation: Scottsdale, ArizonaResponsibilities: - Act as the designated broker for a start up brokerage- Manage the day to day operations of the brokerage- Review all contracts- Work with lenders and title companies- Assist in developing a property management division (bookkeeping, record keeping, tenant screening, trust accounts, etc)- Analyze real estate from and investment point of viewQualifications: - Arizona real estate broker's license- Clean record- Experience in property management- Computer literate (experience working with Mac computers preferred)- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service- Self motivated team player, capable of multi-tasking in a rapidly changing environment- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment- Four year college degree preferred- Arizona general contractor license an asset- California real estate broker's license an asset- International real estate experience an assetThis is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, career-oriented individual wanting to be a part of a small and evolving organization.
