Real Estate Administrative Assistant Job in Bloomingdale 60108, Illinois US

Heartland Automotive Services, America's largest Jiffy Lube franchisee with nearly 400 stores coast to coast, is seeking a Part-Time (approximately 30 hours per week) Administrative Assistant for the Business Development / Real Estate Department based in the Chicago area. SUMMARY This position will coordinate the administrative efforts of the department with a strong focus on store re-imaging projects. This position includes developing and sustaining organized filing systems as well as analyzing and arranging large amounts of data via detailed excel spreadsheets. Assistant will be responsible for preparing and compiling reports and memos, answering phones, scanning documents and making photocopies. In addition, assistant will be asked to prepare and oversee correspondence including letters and faxes per management requests.
