Currently, we are seeking a Retail Execution Manager for our Baltimore, Maryland, Washington DC area of North American Consumer Products.

Summary: We are looking for a team player and self starter having full knowledge of all classes of trade, Food, Drug, and Mass.

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the delivery of customer development business objectives through optimizing customer retail execution within assigned geography.

Supports individual customer business plans through contacting local customer retail operations personnel and local management of retail broker resources.

The ideal candidate will also support the development of execution plans for key grocery customers within assigned geography.

Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting the delivery of customer development business objectives through optimizing customer retail execution within assigned geography.

Supports individual customer business plans through contacting local customer retail operations personnel and local management of retail broker resources.

Supports the development of execution plans for key grocery customers within assigned geography.

Understand the retail execution plans for all key customers within assigned geography.

Deploy the broker’s retail resources to optimize execution and to maximize results within the Market.

At the directions of Retail Operations Coordinator, communicate with and secure commitment from assigned customer team leaders to support monthly execution plans.

Interact with key customer operations contact within assigned geography.

Communicate and secure commitment for key operations/execution initiatives.

Track and audit broker retail execution against assigned tasks and objectives.

Regularly review performance with broker supervisors and develops action plans to resolve issues; capitalize on opportunities; and improve results.

Oversee In-Store Execution agreements with direct/broker customers within assigned geography.

Develop and lead the retail execution plan for one or more key customers within assigned geography.

Identify and schedule the specific tasks needed to optimize the execution of key initiatives.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree requiredAt least five years of customer management experience required.

Proficiency in customer management typically developed through at least five years of progressively more responsible experience in Customer Development or the equivalent in another business function.

Ability to interpret market, business and financial analysis supporting the execution of regional business.

Must possess valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods environment strongly preferred.

Demonstrated leadership skills, and the ability to apply leadership skills toward effective interaction with team members and internal customers.

Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, to individuals and groups.

Ability to structure and manage multiple priorities and projects in a timely manner is required.

Broker management experience preferred.
