Must understand and comply with all QS9000 / TS16949 and ISO 14001 requirements.
Responsible for understanding and communicating customer requirements.
Train associates on quality portion of process instructions, as well as special notifications such as Quality Alerts.
Establish / implement and maintain internal / external quality metrics system.
Responsible for establishing and implementing process controls according to APQP/FMEA/Control Plan.
