Plant Quality Manager OpptyNorthern ArizonaI am currently recruiting for a Quality Manager role to be located in Northern Arizona (2 hours north of Phoenix).
This opportunity is with a $600 million dollar publicly traded consumer goods manufacturer who has a track record of success.
They are growth focused and innovative with a solid history of performance.
Full Relocation Provided.
Next step potential could lead to Georgia or to their headquarters in Virginia.
The Kingman Plant location has 380 employees, $120 million annual sales.
The primary function of the Plant Quality Manager is the overall Coordination of the Quality functions to optimize the use of all resources in meeting established plant goals and customer expectations in quality.
Candidate should be able to Lead in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, Coordinate and report the audit and inspection processes to identify current reality as it pertains to product quality and communicate with clients and customers.
Candidate should have a history of building strong and positive working relationships with all functional areas, including them in the improvement activities, and understanding their needs.
The hiring manager is looking for someone who has 8-15 years experience, with 4-6 years supervisory experience.
Bachelors degree in related discipline.
Qualified candidate will have experience in statistical process control techniques; continuous improvement practices; and process analysis.
Experience in implementing a 5S program a plus.
Six Sigma training, green belt or black belt preferred.
The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 + 20% bonus.
