Description: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assisting with ongoing needs analysis through facilitation of Quality review and coaching with the Quality Control process in Accounts Receivable.

This position also provides feedback to the Quality Control representative staff and field on the Quality Control processes and procedures, improvement opportunities, as well as feedback to supervisory staff and field management.

This position assists in the review and implementation of current processes and future process changes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct coaching sessions with Quality Control representatives and supervisors* Develop and facilitate presentations to upper level management for purposes of reporting Quality performance, service level trends and process improvements* Lead and direct Quality Control process improvement and quality initiatives with key personnel including supervisor and manager level individuals* Coordinate and oversee Quality Control coaching during mentor period of training* Recommends ways of improving service to customers and branch offices* Supports Training and Development department in implementing and participating in new hire training plus recurring training programs for existing staff of representatives and supervisors* Develop optimal training/knowledge transfer through maximizing technology* Maintains strong working knowledge of current Accounts Receivable and Quality Control policies and procedures, plus recommends improvements as needed* Departmental achievement in operating goals* Perform special projects and other duties as assignedQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED. Three years prior Accounts Receivable experience, two plus years MasterMind experience, familiar with electronic payment processing, knowledge of imaging, field document processing a plus.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Ability to speak multiple languages desirable.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Computer proficiency, especially with Windows, MASterMind, EIS Audit Tool.

Excellent managerial, leadership and employee development skills.

Extensive knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures.

Possesses sound business judgment in resolving customer issues.

Strong time management and organizational skills.
