Quality Assurance Manager - Quality Systems/Manufacturing/HACCP/ISO 75-90 K/yr Job in Fresno 93650, California US
A leading manufacturer has an immediate need for a Quality Assurance Manager for a direct hire position in Merced, CA. This is a great opportunity to join a winning team!ResponsibilitiesYou will provide direction and leadership in support of quality systems development and continuous improvement of product qualityYou will manage the quality assurance department and support the various manufacturing and sales/marketing effortsEstablish and maintain a strong customer focus throughout the manufacturing departments and in support of plant-wide operationsPerform audit of vendors to assure company of high quality, trouble free partsSupport product development through testing and analysis of products and application of productsEstablish and maintain a gauge calibration programISO quality system development and certificationProvide leadership that continuously improve core programs and systems such as Gage calibration, HACCP, Vendor auditing, Total Productive, Maintenance, Safety programs, Continuous Training, and use of metrics to measure performanceRequirementsBachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field requiredA minimum of 5 years experience of QA in a manufacturing environmentLeadership/supervisory experienceQuality systems development experience with vendor auditing, HACCP, and gage calibration programAdvanced proficiency with MS Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) requiredBenefitsCompetitive salary with comprehensive benefits packageRelocation assistance for right candidateWork for an industry leaderQuestions you will be asked: • Detail your educational background and any certifications you posses.
