Responsibilities: This position will be a dedicated QA resource whose primary responsibility is for the implementation of a pro-active quality system, specific to meeting a specific clients business rules and requirements.
This independent QA function will bring industry proven quality tools and techniques to the team to enhance the reliability of our current control processes and assure that new processes are reviewed for potential quality impact, and approved prior to implementation.
Addition of this resource will provide further support for the on-going partnership relationship between AHM and the specific client team.
This position will report to the Quality Assurance Manager, and directly support the client team, with an initial focus on 4 main objectives: · Assess our current control systems · Recommend enhanced monitoring and testing techniques · Key Performance Metric support · QA support for client specific Corrective/Preventive Actions II. Competency Requirements: (Minimum Required) The successful candidate will have the following competencies: Skilled at evaluating current and proposed Quality related processes to identify and accurately assess risks.
Communicate effectively the potential impacts to the client and AHM.Detail oriented and comfortable with data analysis, sampling and auditing techniques.
· Ability to work directly with the client team and other AHM resources, using strong analytical & advisory skills to be considered the Quality Subject Matter Expert to support the client team.
Required to relate and interact effectively with all corporate departments.
· Ability to multitask and manage several projects at different stages in lifecycle.
· Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
Ability to develop effective written documents with appropriate consideration for the documents objective, the targeted audience, and the level of detail required, while using a suitable format.
Ability to develop business presentations related to assigned projects, and/or deliver presentations as needed.
Able to conduct business meetings, and effectively interact with any level or functional area within the organization.
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills required· Coordinates a variety of complex tasks under minimal supervision· Promotes best practices while balancing practical cultural and business dynamics.
· Critical thinker, able to recommend viable solutions based on facts.
Accurately assesses potential (positive or negative) impact of decisions to AHM, client, or other stakeholders.
Consideration given to all factors such as cost, service delivery, quality, resources or staffing, timing, risk or other business factors.
· Uses advanced knowledge and skills to achieve measureable improvements or advancements within area of expertise.

Implements creative solutions to business challenges.
· Takes direction/feedback well from manager/project partners to achieve results· Proven experience directly or indirectly managing a team, or proven ability to achieve expected results with team/project partners Education or Equivalent: (Minimum required to perform job)· College degree· Minimum two years supervisory or project management experience - or -· Completion of the AHM Development Plan for this position Additional Skills Requirements: (List unique competency skills)· Ability to analyze information and processes, and make recommendations based on analysis· Ability to effectively communicate AHM processes to clients and translate client business needs into process solutions· Proficiency in MS-Office, Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook.
Advanced Excel skills desired.
III. Other Education, Skills, Experience Desired: · Previous Quality experience is a plus.
This would include knowledge of TQM, statistical sampling techniques, process mapping, CAPA, Six Sigma and/ or auditing.
