QA REP III (BANK) Job in Plano 75023, Texas US
Job Description: Manages multiple concurrent duties in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible for partnering with Quality Specialists to research existing processes and monitor risks associated with business processes.
Principle duties include completing daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of transactions and providing detailed summaries to management.
Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly review of sample of account transactions Complete detailed summaries of quality reviews Partner withmanagementto research existing operational processes and monitoring risksJob Experience: Basic Qualifications: • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent• 1 Year experience in Quality assurance or 1 year processing transactions on the ALS system • 1 Year experience in MS Office Preferred Qualifications: • 2 Years experience in Quality assurance or 2 years processing transactions on the ALS system• 2 Years experience in MS Office • 1 Year experience in Communications • 1 Year experience in Data analysisCapital One will not file non-immigrant visa petitions for alien workers.
