QA Professionals--Multiple Openings! Job in Buffalo, New York US

Must have 3-5 years QA & Test experience with a minimum 1 year of proven experience in Software Quality Assurance Lead.
Degree preferred.
There will be limited hands-on test execution performed by the QA Lead.
Will be responsible for coordinating the testers and providing direction to test engineer to create automation scripts.
Experience with HP Quality Center preferred.
Must be able to plan and organize application testing, with the ability to create a test plan in conjunction with the IT project manager's deliverables.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
QA Automated Test Engineer: 3 month to direct-hire.
To 70k.
2 years experience in application development and programming, with a minimum of 2 years testing experience, test certification preferred, experience in vendor tests tools such as Segue (Borland) and Mercury (HP) preferred.
Requires excellent communications skills.
QA Test Team Lead: Contract to hire.
$70-90k-Will serve in a team leader capacity for Domain specific (Mainframe, Web, or Client Server) Test Resources, Services, and Processes.
-Manage Quality Assurance testing projects and activities.
Oversee the Test Leads and perform the Test Lead role as required.
Assist Test Leads in scheduling and obtaining on/offshore resources.
- Ensures test processes are defined and adhered to within Project Management and Systems Development Methodologies.
-Work closely with project IT leads in developing test plans, strategies, resource estimates and scheduling, timelines, and overall- Develop QA Testing Strategy, Test Program, and Training Programs for assigned application domain.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or four to five years relevant computer science / testing experience.
A minimum seven years experience in distributed and / or mainframe software development life cycle methodologies, application technologies, and test processes.
--Experience with Quality center or similar test management tools -Good understanding of System Development Life Cycle.
- Strong understanding of Technology Application Architectures/Languages- Very good oral and written communication skills- Ability to effectively work with client personnel in various organizational positions- Detail orientated, self motivated, good time management and organization skills, takes initiative to learn new skill sets- Very good project management skills
