Project Manager for Hedge Fund Web Project Job in Paradise Island
Seeking experienced Software Specification Writer/ Project Manager for hedge fund web based / intranet project.
This challenging position is contract based (4-6 months) and requires temporary relocation to Nassau, Bahamas.
The project consists of defining the features and functionality of an intranet which mainly serves the information needs of top level management.
This process will involve interview sessions with the company's CEO to document the requirements.
This effort will culminate with a detailed implementation plan that will serve as the blueprint for either our own in-house programming staff or an external software contractor.
A suitable candidate will possess an extensive background in the Financial Markets, solid mathematical and statistical knowledge and a proven track record of designing software solutions.
The candidate must be knowledgeable in MS SQL Server and website creation tools.
Programming skills a plus.
Candidate will oversee the coding process, keep management informed on progress and supervise final deployment and debugging.
The successful implementation of this project could lead to further in-house projects.
