Project Manager Marketing Staples Account Management Job in Framingham 01702, Massachusetts US
JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Project Manager will support the Senior Marketing Manager in developing and driving high impact marketing programs that increase share of wallet and drive retention for Staples Business Deliverys best customers, members of the Staples Account Management (SAM) program.
This individual will work closely on a cross functional basis with the Staples Rewards, Retail, Telesales, Merchandising, Customer Research and Analytic teams to further a quantitative and qualitative understanding of member purchase behavior.
The Marketing Project Manager will draw from these learnings and help guide strategic decisions to improve customer loyalty, drive business site penetration and expand share of wallet.
This individual will work with the creative agency to drive flawless execution of program marketing collateral that optimizes SAM customer engagement and drives a clear understanding of program benefits.
This position will be responsible for assessing the competitive industry environment of business loyalty programs to identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the SAM program.
Oversee the strategy, execution and production of all SAM Program marketing initiatives, campaigns, promotions and communications.
Provide support in managing marketing budget expenses, including timely and accurate set up of all campaigns in Ad Cost and generating monthly budget-variance analysis.
Responsible for regular and timely sales reporting for vehicles under management as well as supporting and executing other ad hoc requests.
Provide support in the design of testing strategies for program refinement and growth.
Ensure flawless execution of these tests and help in analysis to provide key insight into future marketing strategies.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure clear and consistent program messaging across all SAM customer touch points.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing required 3 to 5 years of direct marketing experience, preferably business to business and loyalty program marketing Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast paced, collaborative environmentQuantitative and qualitative analytical skills combined with the ability to effectively communicate resultsProactive and self-motivated work style with proven ability to manage multiple projects and changing prioritiesAbility to identify business issues and suggest ways to overcome themHighly proficient in Excel/Word/PowerPointGeneral advertising/brand experience and telemarketing knowledge a plus
