This position is responsible for the set-up and day-to-day project management of key operational aspects of research projects.

Works with cross-functional operations teams to ensure studies are executed within study time and budget parameters, as well as company quality standards.

Performs duties on all assigned studies with minimal supervision and guidance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Specific responsibilities include the following: · Partner with Research staff to convert proposal specifications and relevant background to operational specifications.

· Review specifications/questionnaires and coordinate Operations project team to generate project execution plans, bids and schedules that accurately reflect the work required to meet project objectives.

· Participate in project kickoff meetings for all assigned studies to ensure the operations project team understands timelines, responsibilities and study specifications.

· Communicate study progress, discuss issues with Research staff and offer creative alternatives for resolving conflicts, as needed.

· Monitor all operational activities associated with execution of assigned research projects to ensure adherence to project specifications, schedule, and quality checks.

· Analyze all aspects of operational execution of assigned projects and report final project performance in terms of timeliness, budget, and quality.

· Generate process improvement ideas to streamline project delivery through operations.

· Play a lead role during negotiations between operations and Research staff on project issues and cost decisions.

· Develop a solid working relationship with all internal and external contacts to gain an understanding of their business needs, respond proactively to those needs and manage client expectations.

Experience & Skill Responsibilities: · 3+ years project management experience in custom market research or related industry · Solid understanding of all research methodologies and client/project requirements· Strong communication, problem solving, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to coordinate activities of diverse teams to achieve project and budget results.

· Advanced organization and time management skills.

· Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and ensure specified deadlines are met.· Ability to analyze issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions.
