This position is responsible for the management of existing and new programs as implemented by Equitys Property Operations group.
The primary goal of this position will be to improve the value and effectiveness of Equitys outsourced services and products by working closely with all levels of Equity management and with property and facilities services personnel.
This will be accomplished through detailed quantitative analysis, opportunity evaluation, program implementation and start-up, vendor management and issue resolution, and ongoing measurement, tracking, and communication of results.
Bachelors Degree in business or related field and 3-5 years of relative business experience, preferably in property or facilities management.
Familiarity with procurement of products and services preferred (eg request for proposal process, performance specifications, proposal evaluation, and vendor negotiations, and contract execution).
Good interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate a high-performance team and to advise, train, and mentor field-based employees.
Excellent communication and dispute resolution skills, strong customer service focus.
Solid understanding of economic, financial, and accounting principles / systems.
Significant project management and business process experience.
Willingness to challenge the status quo. Ability to handle numerous projects and tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with Personal Computing applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly master financial reporting software.
