Project Manager 11567-1 Job in Frederick/Hagerstown 21740, Maryland US
This PM will manage or provide oversight for medium to large infrastructure and IT management software related projects.
Teams range from 6 to 25 members.
PM will assist third party Project Managers with rolling out IT management tools across the Enterprise, including International.
PM will be assisting internal technology owners with project planning, status reporting, financials tracking, and execution.All projects for this position will role up to an established program.PM should be versed in PMI and/or similar methodologies, Clarity a plus, some financial tracking background, and experience rolling out major IT Infrastructure solutions.
Standard MS Office Professional tools used: MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
Also Sharepoint.
Some light technical knowledge of server, mainframe, network and database environments required.PM will provide a supportive role among the internal project team members, the Program Manager, and the third party IT Management software PMs and technologists.
Responsible for the joint planning and execution of specific projects, reviewing and fully understanding all project and business requirements, directing staff as well as coordinating across functions internally and externally to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-spec delivery to accomplish tasks.
May have people to manage but is not responsible for hiring, firing, compensation, etc. Performs additional job duties as required.
