Electric Power R&D Company Seeks Technical Leaders for Modeling and Standardization Task Force Research Projects (Charlotte, NC; Knoxville, TN or Palo Alto, CA) The Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) is looking for a project manager with technical experience to lead and manage the modeling and standardization task force projects in its Power Delivery & Utilization Sector.

In This Position Working at EPRI is truly a unique experience and EPRI project managers perform tasks outside of the traditional project management role.

In this role, you will: Lead research efforts in modeling and standardization task force Manage research and development of technologies and products in modeling and standardization task force Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget and spending Organize and facilitate conferences and workshops to gather industry inputs Collaborate with vendors, universities and interdepartmental technical staff Conduct research and development directly in modeling areas Provide services for EPRI customers Develop innovative research ideas service opportunities that fit EPRI's mission Communicate research strategies and results both written and verbally to EPRI Members The Ideal CandidateHolds a masters or doctoral degree in power systems preferred.

Has strong technical expertise in modeling and standardization area.
