Project Coordinator Job in Robbinsville, New Jersey US
Jack Morton Worldwide is seeking a Coordinator to support the Exhibits team which creates branded environments for their clients (trade shows, broadcast set/design, mobile, etc.). Responsibilities: Daily/Weekly: Keep schedules, contact information, billings and contracts organized and up to date.
Conduct research, maintaining client lists, opening new job numbers, and generating change orders to existing jobs.
Assist in communication efforts with clients and Jack Morton offices by coordinating meetings and conferences, arranging travel schedules, and assembling materials for clients.
Handle daily administrative duties such as copying, faxing, sorting mail, running errands, maintaining files and dispatching courier packages.
Type and format correspondence, proposals, contracts and invoices.
Provide other administrative support as needed.
Ongoing Activities: Assist and foster communication and best practices within design office and across the Jack Morton networkWork with Jack Morton Exhibits project manager to keep projects moving on time and on budgetDevelop and/or coordinate production of budget presentations, PowerPoint presentations, and proposals as requiredResearch new products for incorporation into broadcast fabricationSubscribe to current publications and distribute to key individuals.
Requirements: 2+ years of administrative experience preferredMust possess ability to handle numerous projects at one time, meet fast turnaround deadlines, and maintain an eye for detailProficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Graphics software and AutoCAD a plusResourceful, enthusiastic and motivated (sense of humor a plus!)Quick-thinking individual with enthusiasm and motivation who thrives in fast-paced environment Strong team player with excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skillsJack Morton Worldwide is an equal opportunity employer.
