Project Coordinator This position will act as the liaison between Engineering, Production, Integration and Logistics.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in project management responsibilities involved in audio visual presentation equipment installation and integration projects throughout the country.
Project Functions: Coordinate with the Project/Design Engineers to ensure communication with customers and internal departments.
Maintain a daily tracking of status of multiple projects.
Assist Project/Design Engineers with project research and administrative tasks.
Update Microsoft Project Server to highlight pertinent project milestones, budgets and timekeepingHelp control project costs and deliverables.
Ensure that projects timelines are being met.Coordinate schedules and travel of field technicians.
Assist with departments in adhering to standard processes.
Assist Logistics with equipment orders, returns and shipping.
Meet with COO on an as-needed basis.
Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Excellent written, communication and organizational skills.
High attention to details and quality work.
Ability to prioritize and work towards project goals using a phased approach.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with MS Solomon and MS Project Server preferred.
