Project Coordinator Job in Morris Plains, New Jersey US
This is a Project Coordinator Role.
This project will affect all legacy and facilities globally.
The project migrates all legacy mailboxes to the existing legacy messaging platform and includes all messaging services (email, LCS, fax, journaling, archiving, anti-virus, anti-spam, AutoMailer, BlackBerry, etc.). Coordination activities will include, but are not limited the following items: Support the Workstream Leads on managing their project plans and activitiesTrack action items, issues, and decision (RAID)Maintain project library (SharePoint) and artifactsTrack equipment and services ordersSupport and maintain the order tracking spreadsheetWork independently with Project Team members to obtain status on all aspects of the projectWork closely with Program Manager, Project Manager, and all Project Team membersInvestigate invoicing issues that may arise within the Ariba System and the GFSS and NASS organizationsLiaise between the company and vendors on invoicing issuesInitiate G2O POs, as requiredManage the approval process within Ariba and secure approvals in a timely fashion through constant communications with approversEnsure accuracy of orders (cost centers and project numbers) for all POsMaintain accurate current and historical records for all POs and requisitionsPerform travel planning for the Team and Workstream Leads as necessary for G2O activitiesPerform meeting planning for the Team and Workstream LeadAt least an Associate's Degree or Trade School Diploma is required.
Pharmaceutical experience is not required, but would be a plus.
