Project Coordinator Job in Houston 77087, Texas US
Job Description: Our client in the Southeast Houston area is seeking a self motivated Project Coordinator to join its team!! Candidates must meet the following criteria to be accepted: * Must be self motivated.
* Good typing skills.
* Must be able to multi task.
* Responsible for drafting proposals and submittals.
* Request vendor quotes, pricing, and submit e-mail communication.
* Draft requests for change orders, schedule material ordering and delivery at jobsites.
* Provide PO's, price equipment and track them to ensure correct billing.
* Order equipment and close out documents.Job Experience: * Candidates need to have 2-5 years of experience.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Strong MS Office Skills (testing will be administered).
* Good job tenure (no job hopping).
* Good speaking and communication skills.
Minimum Education Required: High SchoolYears of Experience Required: At Least 3 YearsExpected Travel Time: None
