Programmer Analyst Job in Atlanta, Georgia US
This role is for a Programmer/Analyst to perform the review and analysis of all Clarity and Reporting Workbench Release Notes and changes in every Clarity Upgrade/K pkg/IUs and produce the upgrade 'manifest' master document used by every region for upgrade development and testing.
Additional tasks this role would have are writing/updating the code and running the release validation and verification Teradata FastLoad and SQL scripts in support of all upgrades in all regions.
This position also performs BOXI report development and analysis, SQL tuning, SQL/Macro development, and solutions design consulting to regional and support team.
This person also acts as a backup Clarity Lead/Support when regional Clarity Leads are on PTO or need temporary additional support (CO, OH, GA, MA, NW, and/or HI).
Additionally, they will perform many ad hoc tasks such as researching and identifying data issues in support of the Clarity Customer support teams.The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): 7 years of experience with implementing vendor software and release updates (Epic software and Clarity reporting product preferred)Issue and risk tracking / resolution experienceStreamline / standardize processes and procedures6+ years of experience working with IT and Business during implementations (in a lead capacity)Knowledge of multiple reporting tools and software (i.
e., SAS, Cognos, Business Objects, and Crystal Reports/Enterprise)Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio)Knowledge and experience in hardware and software in multiple computing platforms (IBM AIX, UNIX, and MVS)Knowledge of Healthcare systems for Clinical Care, Practice ManagementExperience with developing web contentExperience working in large corporations5 years of experience with Clarity and Compass Console
