Seeking a Program Manager to manage and oversee its office in the Albany.

This program provides community based residential treatment services to diverse populations of children and adults (Intellectually and Developmentally Disabilities, behavioral and/or emotional challenges or medical complexities).

This position will direct the development and implementation of services/treatment provided to individuals through the supervision, coaching and oversight of clinical staff.

This includes overseeing all services provided to individuals and families, ensuring high quality service delivery; professional development of program staff; compliance with federal, state and corporate regulatory requirements; maintaining program clinical integrity and budgetary oversight.

The ideal candidate should have strong operational leadership/organizational skills/ understanding of Georgia Human Services systems, clinical training and knowledge, and experience with Community based programming and services.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises all program staff.

Assigns caseloads, evaluates performance for quality assurance, and manages staff development and training.

Develops and implements residential program and oversees clinical services.

Supervises clinical and crisis management, establishes on-call duties and schedules.

Develops and maintains working relationship with all funding sources, regulatory bodies and interagency liaisons.

Assists in marketing and development of new business as assigned.

Projects revenue and monitors monthly expenses, in conjunction with supervisor.

Assures service delivery and compliance with all regulatory contractual, corporate and legal requirements.

Maintains knowledge of Medicaid standards and ensures compliance in terms of treatment interventions.

As required, oversees recruitment, including selecting, contracting and terminating mentors.

Oversees mentor supervision, training an evaluation.

Assesses and assigns intakes.

Monitors the daily census and any corresponding referral sources.

Participates in regularly scheduled management team meetings.

Processes referrals, intakes, assessments, matching and placement of new clients.

Serves as liaison with consulting staff (psychiatrists, psychologists, physicians, etc.) and mentors to ensure coordinated service delivery to individuals.

Oversees appropriate interface with billing system and other operating units as necessary to meet company requirements.

Requirements A working knowledge of serving clients/consumers in partnership with Georgia State Systems, such as DFCS, BHDD, and DJJ. Specific responsibilities will include oversight of Program staff (clinical supervisory / administrative) as assigned, supervision over clinical and crisis management, evaluation of performance for quality assurance, management of hiring, staff development and training, assurance of high quality service delivery and compliance with all regulatory, contractual, corporate and legal requirements, oversight of recruitment and training activities for therapeutic foster parents and adult host home providers, liaison with consulting professionals ( psychiatrist, psychologist, physicians, nurses), Development of working relationships with all funding sources, regulatory bodies and inter agency contacts.

Assists with public relations, marketing and the development of new business, preparation and oversight of program budgets and interfacing with billing/accounting department.

EDUCATION Masters Degree in Social Services or an appropriate field of study and a minimum of 3-5 years supervisory work experience.

LCSW, LPC, LMFT, BCBA or an Associate license preferred.
