To add to our team of talented people, we are currently seeking a Bilingual Program Manager II located within our Gilbert, AZ Broadcast Center Job SummaryManages small programs and assists with large programs, ensuring that stated objectives are met and that the program continues to support the mission of the broadcast organization.
Duties and Responsibilities Tracks schedules, issues, and tasks on small projects or assists on large projects Monitors program expenditures against budget Ensures direction and support to assure effectiveness and efficiency of program Implements monitoring systems for evaluation Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and controlling Other duties as required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS - Must be bilingual English/Spanish EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEAssociate's degree (A.
A.
) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLSAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITYAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
