Professional Data Analysts, Inc. (PDA) is an independent evaluation andstatistical consulting firm specializing in the fields of public health and thebehavioral and medical sciences.
We are recognized as an expert in the field oftobacco cessation research and evaluation and are contracted by Departments ofHealth across the United States.
We are a small firm of about 13people and our offices are located in St. Anthony Main adjacent to downtown Minneapolis.

PDA is currently seeking a Program Evaluator to take on roles in multipleprojects relating to tobacco cessation and other public health initiatives forthe purposes of program improvement and accountability.
The applicant will needto be experienced in both formative and summative evaluation.
Strong writingand oral communication skills are essential.
The job is available immediatelyfor the right candidate.

Specific Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage evaluationsWrite proposals, reports, and conduct literature reviewsCreate or adapt data collection tools and protocolsMonitor and coordinate data collection, conduct interviews, and do site visitsAnalyze data and interpret resultsRun meetings and present findings to clients QualificationsMasters degree with at least 2 years program evaluationexperience OR 4 + years of program evaluation experience with a Bachelorsdegree.
Experience working with qualitative and quantitative dataExcellent writing, oral communication, and people skillsExperience with survey design and administrationAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamMust be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously Must be detail orientedMust have prior coursework in quantitative methods and researchdesignDesired Skills Background in public health Background in tobacco control Experience with SPSS
