Applicants must be a US Citizen Our client, a R&D firm is seeking a Program administrator to assist with a program upgrade.
Duties include Planning and coordinating project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks for ERP Upgrade project.
Supports project manager by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc. Takes meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs basic follow-up coordination.
Assists in development of presentations related to weekly staff and senior level meetings.
The position requires a bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience working as a program administrator.
Experience with a variety ERP implementations including detailed practices and procedures is required.
Experience with MS Project is required.
Must be a US Citizen.
