Program Manager (Data Model Architect) Job in Owings Mills 21117, Maryland US
TEKsystems, Inc. has an immediate opportunity available for a Technical Project Manager with financial/investment banking industry experience.
Responsibilities include managing the Investments Data Management Strategy program of work.You would be responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide program(s) consisting of multiple projects.
Required Experience - Data Design & Modeling - Ideal candidate would have at least 5+ years in data modeling, data integration and conversion into high performance database designs.
Financial Systems - Ideal candidate would have deep understanding of data and processes associated with large scale financial and capital markets systems, accounting, trading and reporting systems.
Program Management - Experience successfully managing multiple, related projects which are aligned to accomplish a specific strategy.
Data Architecture Strategy - Candidate should possess skills and proven track record for creating and implementing data architecture strategy.
PgMP Certification - The ideal candidate will have their PMO certification.
Program Management - 2+ years experience successfully managing multiple, related projects which are aligned to accomplish a specific strategy.
Business Knowledge - Individual should have knowledge of collateral management including margin and collateral calculations (Over-the-Counter (OTC) Derivatives, Repo, and Securities Lending), and understanding of how to provision this data to downstream systems such as settlement and risk management platforms.
Relationship Management - The candidate must have experience communicating and managing sponsor and stakeholder expectations, as well as defining scope to meet the business goals and objectives.
Leadership - The candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to lead a team in the design and implementation of complex database and data integration solutions.
