Production Tech Job in Frederick 21702, Maryland US
THIRD SHIFT (11:00pm-7:30am)1-10 yrs GMP experience required.
Previous experience in Pharma environment preferred.
Bioreactor or stainless steel tank experience preferred.
HS diploma required, BS preferred.
Essential job functions: Under supervision/leadership of the shift supervisor, the technician is responsible for: -Operation of Purification processing equipment according to established SOPs.
This equipment includes but is not limited to chromatography skids, UF skids, and product hold tanks.
-All purification processing steps according to established Master Production Records (MRPs) in accordance with CGMPs)-Demonstrates good aseptic technique-Qualified in Technician I duties (or equivalent/relevant experience) Provide training on these activities and able to operate process equipment with intent to be qualified.
