Production Supervisor Job in Covington 30014, Georgia US
Clairon Metals has an immediate opening for a 2nd shift production supervisor with experience in the metal stamping industry.
Clairon Metals Corporation manufactures more than 700 high-quality, precision metal parts for outdoor power equipment, ATVs, motorcycles, automobiles, etc. We are located in Covington, GA, which is approximately 30 miles East of Atlanta.

Job responsibilities include: Supervising production operations on 2nd shift.
This includes press operations as well as our robotic weld operations.
Ensures employee performance meets or exceeds expectations.
Reviews production schedules, determines priorities for the shift, and assigns work to employees.
Takes appropriate action to minimize or prevent equipment down-time.
Monitors production rates and takes corrective action to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
Ensures all safety policies and procedures are enforced and adhered to by all employees.
This position reports to the Press Department Manager.
A qualified candidate must have strong leadership skills, a natural focus on establishing and maintaining exceptional employee relations, and a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the metal stamping industry.
Some college is preferred.
Stable work history and excellent attendance is required.
