Production Editor Job in Atlanta 30305, Georgia US
AHC Media is looking for a Production Editor in our Atlanta (Buckhead) Office.
We are looking for somoneone with a mimimum of a bachelors degree with at least 2 years of experience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities· Produce professional publications according to specified standards using InDesign CS4 and InCopy.
· Make edits, copyedits, and proofs as instructed.
· Create graphics and charts using InDesign and/or Adobe Illustrator.
· Search Internet for specified forms and download into publications as needed.
· Produce update and master PDF files as necessary.
Requirements· Above average knowledge of InDesign CS4, InCopy, QuarkXPress.
· Knowledge of or willingness to learn Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat and Distiller; Adobe Illustrator.
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and accept interruptions· Ability to learn templates, style sheets, printer drivers, network operations· Ability to work overtime as neededPlease send resume with cover letter to
