Product Trainer Job in New York City 10001, New York US
Description: ResponsibilitiesDeliver client & employee training programs for Epsilon email marketing products, including live introductory and advanced training, custom training, and webinars.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of all training classes and training materials in the Epsilon Learning Center.
- Conduct training needs analysis, identify skills gaps, define, deliver, monitor and evaluate session learning, including objective setting and follow-up.
- Help clients and staff leverage the Learning Center system for training registration, online training and course evaluation.
- Utilize tools to complete monthly reports of training programs: client satisfaction evaluations, trainer assessments, etc. **This position provides the opportunity for up to 50% travel in North America and occasional international travel**Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in instructional technology or related field or an equivalent combination of education and training experience - Demonstrated facilitation and/or presentation skills with both in-person and remote learning environments - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment - Expert knowledge of training and learning methodologies - Expert knowledge in adult learning principles, needs analysis, and learning design - Ability to change direction quickly while remaining focused and productive - Strong writing and proofreading skills - Experience training in software and/or database environments strongly preferred - 2 + years experience in direct marketing or data-driven businesses is a bonusSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceCompensation and BenefitsAlliance Data offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive selection of benefit options including 401(k).Job Location: New York, NYJob Number: 4246Company Profile: About UsEpsilon - including its Abacus division - is a 21st Century Marketing Services Company that uses consumer and business data together with proven techniques to maximize marketing power for clients worldwide.
