Associate / Product Manager - US Gaucher MarketingThe candidate will report into the US Gaucher Marketing Director and will assist the US Gaucher Marketing Team to develop and execute marketing strategy, initiatives and tactical programs to provide the successful US product management of Cerezyme for Gaucher disease.Job Responsibilities: Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of Gaucher disease and the personalized genetic health business spaceParticipate in the creation of an integrated marketing plan and tactics to encompass the needs of the US field force organizationLead the approval process of the Gaucher/Cerezyme materials by Promotional Review Board (PRB)Work closely with cross functional colleagues in sales, regional marketing, medical marketing, regulatory and other departments to understand and meet the needs of our customersAssist in coordinating the related Gaucher disease/Cerezyme product activities with Patient Advocacy, Registry, Sales Training, e-Business and Medical Affairs groups to align with the global strategy of the marketing planEffectively implement and communicate the core brand messages, product positioning statements, and collateral materialsAssist in executing the Cerezyme US tactical plan including promotional campaigns, medical education programs, congress/convention booths and activities and PR events including managing relationships with agenciesAssist in developing disease and product awareness national programsParticipate on cross-functional teams including Program Management, Clinical, Medical and Regulatory Affairs to drive decisions on critical related businessCoordinate appropriate market research to refine marketing plans and refine customer-targeting effortsCoordinate National convention strategy and calendar, attend conventions and ensure timely development of convention materials in collaboration with the Meetings Manager
