Siemens is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.Job Description: IMAGING BIOMARKER RESEARCH PRODUCT MANAGERDUTIES: Product management for molecular imaging tracer research.
Drive imaging biomarker portfolio, business plans, project approval steps, and desired performance characteristics.
Analyze market potential for planned clinical indication areas based on models for disease processes and impact of imaging.
Manage scouting, analysis, and relationship management for in-licensing of academic and commercial imaging agent prospects.
Competitor tracking, assessment and presentation.
Coordinate commercialization plans with research, PETNET, and CRM teams.
Define target clinical indication and package insert for each product in development.
Organize and manage clinical/scientific advisor meetings to define and verify strategic direction.
Interface with software development team to design tracer-specific clinical applications.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: MD, PharmD, or PhD in biology, biochemistry or related field.
5-10 years of medical imaging or similar industry experience in clinical development or product management.
Advanced degree may be substituted for experience, where applicable.
Medical degree and experience in PET imaging a plus.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Travel 20-30% domestic and some international.
Analytical nature, self-starter desired.
MANAGER: Group Leader Imaging Biomarker Product Management.
Additional Information: Travel Percentage: 30%
