Product Engineer Job in Boise 83701, Idaho US
As a Product Engineer at Micron you will be responsible for the development of memory-test patterns and analyzing electrical failures on high volume or experimental designs; improvement of yield and overall product performance by analyzing electrical and physical device failures; debug, design, simulation and implementation of circuit and process changes on production or near production products.
Additionally, you will work with Design, Marketing, Process, and Manufacturing departments to introduce and develop new products and processes and strive to optimize manufacturing yields and achieve cost reductions.
Successful candidates for this position will have: Computer aided schematic and layout experienceSemiconductor process courseworkUNIX and C/C++ experienceExperience working in teams and ability to work well with othersExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsSolid GPACourse work in VLSI design and semiconductors is very desirable, but not requiredWork experience in related field through co-op, internship, or projectsGood communication skillsSelf-motivation and enthusiasm Education: Position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
