Product Consultant Job in New Braunfels, Texas US

Also responsible for providing support to sales by re-contacting prospective and recent customers to promote sales opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate processing of all cash sales
Provide support for financing plans, invoicing, and billing
Build relationships with customers to generate customer referrals
Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers
Discuss company products and services and regenerate sales opportunities
Coordinate call transfers with Mobility Consultants
Must conduct all duties and responsibilities in full compliance with Medicare, Insurance and The SCOOTER Store policies, laws and regulations
Medical terminology knowledge preferredEducation and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
